Since each product is customized, Jumbo Dog does not accept returns or refunds. Once we have started to scan and photograph the items, your order can no longer be canceled.

If there is a problem with the printing, we will make every effort to rectify the problem. Please take a picture of the issue and email it to us. We will take a look at it and respond within 24 hours on how we can rectify the issue.

Damaged or Lost Items
Jumbo Dog will make every effort to care for all items while in our possession. If an item arrives broken or torn, we will take a picture and immediately let you know. For items that were shipped to us, we will repack it in the same manner in which we received the item. We cannot be held responsible for damaged occurred during shipping.
